Hourly Billing – Like many traditional law firms French Benton, PLLC offers competitive hourly rates.
Contingency Fees – In certain situations French Benton, PLLC will represent its clients on a contingency basis. A contingency fee is when a law firm fronts the costs and labor associated with a lawsuit in exchange for a right to a percentage of any funds and/or property recovered by the law firm in the lawsuit.
Blended Contingency Fees – In certain situation French Benton, PLLC will represent its clients on a blended contingency basis. A blended contingency fee is when a law firm charges a reduced hourly rate in exchange for a right to a reduced percentage of any funds and/or property recover by the law firm in the lawsuit.
Flat Rate Fees – French Benton, PLLC offers flat rate fees for certain transactional matters such as entity formations.
